- How can I get help on your products?We have a FAQ page for each one of our products; those FAQ pages include most of the questions we get from users like you along with our answers to them.

- Do you have a support forum?Yes, we have an official support forum hosted at our friends at www.AximSite.com
- How do I purchase your products?You can purchase our products from various distributors or you can use our online store.
- I downloaded one of your products and it asks me to register, what is happening?Our products are sharewares; the downloaded versions are fully trials which give you 15 days to try before you buy.
You need to purchase a license to be able to use the product after the 15 days trial period is over.
- Is there any limitation on the trial versions of your products?
The only difference between the trail and the full version is the time limitation which the trial versions stop working after it.
- I enter my unlock key and it doesn’t work, what should I do?
Please visit our unlock-key page and follow the instructions there.
- I have one of your trials installed; do I need to reinstall after I purchase?
No, there is no need to uninstall the trial you have, just use the unlock key sent to you in the purchase confirmation email to unlock the demo into a full version.
- Do I need to uninstall before I install a newer version?
It’s always a good idea to uninstall the older version before installing the new one. However, it should still be OK to install over the older version.
- You released a new version, do I get a free upgrade?Please check our upgrade policy page.
- How do I install your products?There are two way to install;
- From a PC installer.
For this you need to download the PC installer (exe) and run it on your PC while your device is connected to your PC through ActiveSync and follow the instructions on the screen.
- From a CAB file.
For this you need to download the CAB file (PocketPC installer) and then transfer it to your PocketPC and run it from there and follow the instructions.

- How do I unlock the purchased products?After installing the trial, please go to the about screen and tap [register] and enter the unlock key you received in the purchase confirmation email.
(For HandySwitcher and HancyMenu, the distributor website will present you with a link to download the full version that doesn't require an unlock key).
- How would I know when you update your products?You can subscribe to our newsletter and stay informed with all our updates the same day they happen.
